1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

2. 3D Printing Specifics and Product Descriptions

Due to the unique nature of 3D manufacturing, please be aware of the following regarding our products:

  • Aesthetics and Finish: 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. Minor surface imperfections, visible layer lines, and slight variations in color or texture are normal and are not considered defects.
  • Material Limitations: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our 3D printed items are not food-safe, dishwasher-safe, or designed for exposure to high temperatures (such as inside a hot car), as they may warp or deform.
  • Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Custom Orders and User-Submitted Files

If you are submitting custom 3D models (e.g., .STL, .OBJ files) for us to print:

  • Intellectual Property: You guarantee that you hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to reproduce the 3D model. You agree to indemnify Khurafaat against any intellectual property infringement claims arising from your custom orders.
  • Prohibited Items: We will not print items that violate the law, including but not limited to weapons, weapon accessories, explicit material, or items that promote hate speech.
  • Printability: We do not guarantee that every submitted file is 3D-printable. If a file requires significant modification to print successfully, additional design fees may apply, and we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Shipping

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Because some 3D printed items are made-to-order, manufacturing lead times of 3 to 5 business days apply before your item is shipped.
  • We are not liable for any delays in shipping once the package has been handed over to the courier.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our 3D printed products are intended for decorative or specific, stated functional uses. Khurafaat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse, modification, or failure of our 3D printed parts.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
